Purchased in 2020, Brookside Greens is a former golf course located in Norton, Ohio. This 140-acre property is 15 minutes west of Akron and 40 minutes south of downtown Cleveland.
Addison Properties was responsible for rezoning, entitlement, design, development, and construction of the roads, utilities, and lots. The approved plan includes 308 single-family lots and 180 build-for-rent apartment homes.
The single-family homes are being marketed and sold by Ryan Homes. The apartments are built and owned by Redwood Living.
