Eddie is an experienced real estate professional with a keen eye for the present and a vision for the future. His knack for piecing together complex puzzles creates significant value in every project. Detail-oriented and thorough, Eddie believes in understanding every aspect of his environment before making informed decisions.
While pursuing his education, he began as a CAD draftsman for various engineering and architectural firms. In 2008, he joined the City of Heath as a zoning inspector, later advancing to the role of Director of Planning and Zoning in 2015. For over six years, Eddie oversaw the application of development regulations at federal, state, and local levels while spearheading planning and budgeting for municipal capital projects, exercising jurisdiction over all development within municipal boundaries.
In 2021, Eddie transitioned to the private sector and joined Shai-Hess Commercial Real Estate, embarking on a career as an agent and land developer. In 2024, he furthered his journey by assuming the role of Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Addison Properties, focusing on the Central and Southern Ohio regions.
Eddie earned his Ohio Real Estate License from Hondros College in 2021 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from DeVry University and an Architectural Drafting and Design degree from Central Ohio Technical College.
Eddie is the proud designer of the "Welcome to Heath" brick sign along SR79, a testament to his creative flair and commitment to the community. Eddie lives with his wife and their two children in Newark, Ohio.
