Kyle McClear is the Controller at Addison Properties, overseeing accounting, cash management, and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of 12+ companies and subsidiaries. His role is pivotal to the company's overall success and expansion.
Kyle began his career in public accounting at Skoda Minotti, specializing in real estate and construction clientele. Relocating to Chicago in 2013, he assumed leadership of the accounting department at Residential Dynamics Group, steering financial strategies for private equity investment funds targeting value-added properties and development projects across the Chicagoland area. Returning to Cleveland in 2017, Kyle joined Addison Properties, bringing his acute attention to detail and adept time management skills to manage the complexities of multiple company accounts.
A graduate of John Carroll University, Kyle holds an MBA and a degree in Accountancy. While excelling academically, Kyle also showcased his athleticism as a defensive tackle for the university's Division III football team.
Outside of work, Kyle resides in Avon, Ohio, with his wife and their two dogs, Moose and Coco. Together, they actively support his wife's nonprofit, Moose's Mission, which provides comfort items to over 20 local animal rescues and shelters.
