Mike's career began in operations and project management within the luxury homebuilding sector, leading the development of custom residential projects. His expertise spans tackling complex challenges, solving elaborate infrastructure challenges, streamlining processes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. His disciplined leadership style emphasizes collaboration, risk mitigation, and process optimization, driving successful outcomes across diverse projects.

Prior to joining Addison Properties, Mike held leadership roles at publicly traded Fortune 500 companies NVR, Inc. and AMH, as well as with Volk LLC. and Villacraft LLC. He managed large-scale development projects, oversaw operations, negotiated complex land transactions, and secured public finance and tax incentives. His disciplined approach and leadership skills are rooted in his distinguished service as a U.S. Marine.

Mike holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Otterbein University. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), reflecting his commitment to excellence in process flows and project execution. Mike resides in Delaware, Ohio, with his long-time girlfriend and their Labrador, Chewy. In his free time, he enjoys recreational aviation, motorsport, fishing, and kiteboarding.
